About
Since joining KordaMentha in 2005, Tom has gained wide ranging experience in real estate across Australia. This experience traverses geographies, real estate sectors and competencies including transaction management, investment management, asset management, property restructuring and turnaround and complex strategic property reviews.
More recently, Tom has also led the establishment of KordaMentha’s investment platform which encompasses a commercial property funds manager and a real estate private equity business investing in small to mid-scale development projects.
At the core of Tom’s competency is an in-depth understanding of real estate strategy and fundamentals. He not only has a keen eye for detail and strong financial analysis skills, he also expertly balances the responsibility of achieving optimal asset performance with managing risk and the interests of competing stakeholders. He is also an inclusive leader with a strong bias towards collaboration and communication to develop and maintain successful working relationships with clients and colleagues.
Tom serves as an Executive Director of KM Property Funds, KordaMentha’s commercial property fund manager.
