Tristan brings a broad understanding of the factors which drive the decision making and needs of stakeholders. Combining this with a background in both finance and restructuring and a pragmatic and commercial approach to problem solving allows Tristan to deliver the best outcome possible for our clients in complex and stressful situations.
Tristan has spent more than 20 years working in the finance and restructuring industry with broad experience spanning commercial and institutional lending with major banks, turnaround and distressed lending, formal and informal insolvency and restructuring. More recently, he held a senior leadership role within a Big 4 Australian bank.
A background in both the structuring and restructuring of transactions means that Tristan brings an innovative and open minded approach to the solving of issues with the technical backing to execute solutions.
