- Led the Business and Experience Architecture workstreams for the Victorian Department of Education, aligning the Schools' Enterprise Architecture with user research outcomes
- Helped define and progress the establishment of shared technology capabilities across a network of 12 Victorian TAFEs, driving cost efficiencies and improved collaboration
- Advised and supported CPA Australia on a multi-year transformation to rationalise their IT landscape, modernise core platforms and leverage strategic enterprise capabilities
