Digital Surge Creditors Trust ABN 70 540 913819 (the Creditors Trust)
Scott Langdon, John Mouawad and David Johnstone of KordaMentha Restructuring were appointed Voluntary Administrators (‘Administrators’) of the Company on Thursday, 8 December 2022. At the Second Meeting of Creditors convened on 24 January 2023, creditors of the Company resolved that the Company enter the proposed Deed of Company Arrangement (‘DOCA’), which involved the use of a Creditors’ Trust.
The DOCA was executed and effectuated on 15 February 2023, and the Deed Administrators are now the Trustees of the Creditors’ Trust. The Company is no longer subject to any form of external administration, and all creditors’ claims are now dealt with under the Creditors’ Trust.
