A site for sale in popular Northcote, Victoria had planning approval for 22 poorly designed apartments – we thought more could be done with the site. We purchased the site and redesigned the approved scheme to better suit the market, resulting in increased apartment yield, a significantly superior design outcome and ultimately more profit.
