Jacqui has over 25 years' experience in the provision of forensic accounting services, primarily in valuations and quantification of loss and damage.

To work with Jacqui is to work with a person who tells it like it is. Her working style is forthright and honest with a goal to assist disputing parties to resolve their dispute without protracted litigation.

Jacqui's long career in forensic accounting, in particular valuations of entities in shareholder disputes and in family law, has satisfied her most when financial arguments are solved at lowest cost to the parties involved. Life is too short to argue.

Significant engagements

Expert Determination in various dispute matters, including:

• ruling as to the appropriate treatment of specific items in dispute in the preparation of completion accounts pursuant to share sale agreements
• valuation of shares in companies where a shareholder has been terminated, triggering shareholder agreement clauses for remaining shareholders to buy out the exiting shareholder.
