The Voluntary Administrators will keep Arrium Group creditors informed of developments in the voluntary administration by posting reports on the KordaMentha website on a not less than quarterly basis from the commencement of the voluntary administration. The Voluntary Administrators will also email those reports to creditors who have provided an email address. The Voluntary Administrators will also send by ordinary post a copy of their reports to any Arrium Group creditor that may request a copy. The Voluntary Administrators will also release these reports on the Arrium Limited ASX platform.

Deed of Company Arrangement

On 4 November 2016 the Deed Administrators executed deeds of company arrangement (DOCAs) for the 94 companies in the Arrium Group in administration.

The Arrium Distribution DOCA was executed for The Arrium Creditor Distribution Company Pty Limited (subject to deed of company arrangement) and Transaction Support DOCAs in identical terms were executed for the 93 other Arrium Group Companies. The Transaction Support DOCA for Arrium Limited (subject to deed of company arrangement) is uploaded to this website as an example of those 93 Transaction Support DOCAs. Transaction Support DOCAs for the other 92 Arrium Group Companies are available for inspection at the offices of KordaMentha, Level 5, Chifley Tower, 2 Chifley Square, Sydney NSW 2000 and creditors may request a copy of the Transaction Support DOCA for a particular Arrium Group Company by contacting KordaMentha at [email protected].
