General Information

Craig Shepard, Andrew Knight and Michael Korda were appointed Administrators of the Companies on 19 May 2025 pursuant to Section 436A of the Corporations Act.

On 5 June 2025, the Administrators applied to the Federal Court of Australia seeking various orders including to extend the convening period for the second meetings of creditors of the Companies to 14 September 2025 ('Convening Period'). The Court made orders granting the relief sought by the Administrators. Further information on this matter and the other relief granted is included below.

The Second Meetings of Creditors were held on 21 August 2025. At these meetings, creditors of each of the Companies voted in favour of the Pooled Deed of Company Arrangement (‘DOCA’). The Pooled DOCA was executed on Tuesday 26 August 2025 and can be found below in the 'Creditors' section.
