Quantifying compensation

KordaMentha was engaged by a group of Native Title holders to assist in quantifying the value of a compensation package being offered to them by the State Government.

The compensation offered was not in the form of a single lump sum, but included cash payments occurring over a number of years. We attended a negotiation meeting between the parties in order to present our findings and discuss our opinion on the value of the compensation package.
