The appointment followed Allmine Group Ltd (ASX:AZG) appointing Voluntary Administrators on 20 June 2013.

The Group and its subsidiaries provide engineering, construction and maintenance services to the resources sector across 8 number of locations in Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Victoria and Fiji. 

The Receivers are assessing the financial position of the Group with a view to developing a plan for its future.
