KordaMentha Forensic experts recognised in Who’s Who Legal 2020

Who’s Who Legal recently released their list of global leaders across a number of categories including experts in data, digital forensics and forensic accounting investigations and arbitration.

For the 2020 editions, several forensic experts from KordaMentha were recognised as leaders in their field.

Leading the Forensic practice across Asia-Pacific, Brian Wood was featured as a “sure-fire inclusion” to the Who’s Who listings thanks to his “outstanding and technical abilities in forensic accounting.” Joining Brian out of Brisbane is the “experienced and well-known figure” David Van Homrigh, who was recognised for his “superb depth of experience at the top of the Asia-Pacific Investigations market”.

In Sydney, John Temple-Cole “cemented his profile as a hugely respected figure, thanks in part to his ability to grasp the difficult issues” while Nigel Carson was described as an “excellent practitioner" who offers clients “immense experience in digital piracy investigations.”

Stephen Millington, Owain Stone and Grant Whiteley out of Melbourne were recognised for their investigative expertise, with Stephen described as “well acquainted with complex investigations and intricate financial problems”. Owain is described as “very knowledgeable and articulate” and “bringing over 30 years’ of experience in combining his accountancy and expert witness skills." Grant was recognised for his “wealth of experience with IT and technology in e-discovery, and digital and cyber forensic matters.”.

Featuring in both the Data and Investigations – Digital Forensics categories, Daniel Tay from Singapore was highlighted for his “expertise in e-discovery and multi-disciplinary jurisdictional forensic discovery”.
