Our new Partners are joined by our five newly appointed Executive Directors: Nick Codling – Corporate, Melbourne Sally Davitt – Forensic, Sydney Antony Munro – Restructuring, Melbourne Bill Sykes – Real Estate, Brisbane Daniel Tay – Forensic, Singapore. About our new Partners Brittany Lincoln Brittany commenced with KordaMentha when the firm was formed in 2002. In 2006 she relocated to the US and spent three years with Ernst & Young in their Transaction Advisory Services group before returning to KordaMentha in Melbourne in 2008. Brittany specialises in forensic accounting with particular emphasis on dispute analysis and expert witness engagements, providing services to clients involved in commercial disputes and litigation matters. Brittany is currently on maternity leave following the birth of her first child Harvey and will return to work in January 2017. Siew Peng Muk Siew Peng has over 18 years’ audit, restructuring and forensic experience in the Asia-Pacific region, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China. Siew Peng joined KordaMentha in 2013 and her experience in restructuring includes judicial management, liquidation, restructuring, receivership and business advisory work. Her forensic work includes anti-bribery, corporate investigation work and licensing/software management. Richard Tucker Richard joined our Sydney practice in 2009 and relocated to Perth in July 2015 with his family. Richard has over 10 years’ experience in advising clients on a large range of transactions including restructuring, disposals and acquisitions (M&A) in Australia, the United Kingdom and Africa. Richard has worked on numerous advisory assignments including restructuring outside of insolvency, independent accountant reports, pre-lending reviews, litigation support, cost reduction reviews and strategy advice roles across a variety of industries, including utilities, infrastructure, retail, construction and commercial real estate. Steven Wong Steven commenced with KordaMentha when the firm was formed in 2002. He has over 15 years’ industry experience in property and development and his strengths lie in development due diligence, risk management and delivery. With a history in property development, formal training as a valuer and a career founded in managing property development risk, he has been responsible for the delivery of many large and boutique apartment and mixed use developments across Australia.
