"Having just been appointed, we are seeking urgent expressions of interest for the business assets and working closely with the management team to quickly establish a way forward for the business", Mr Jackson said. Meccano's head office is in Auckland. The business has approximately 60 staff nationwide across 12 stores, as well as its online business. Voluntary administration allows the company to continue trading while creditors are involved in a formal process to consider the best way forward.
