Sophie’s expertise is in delivering performance turnaround and transformations. Sophie works closely with organisations to help them realise their strategy, execute on their ambitions, and deliver measurable performance improvement. She brings over twelve years of experience working with government, corporate and healthcare organisations on their most ambitious and complex transformation agendas, supporting to implement performance turnarounds, mergers and integrations and organisation restructures.
Most recently, Sophie has worked alongside the Vice Chancellor and CFO/COO of a regional Australian university, leading the delivery of their strategic plan to reposition and achieve growth ambitions. She previously acted as the co-Administrator of South Australia's largest public healthcare network, working to deliver an ambitious turnaround of end to end financial, operational and cultural measures.
Her absolute focus is on successful implementation. She brings a practical, outcomes focus to her work and has broad experience in working alongside Boards, senior government leaders and executive leadership.
In this she has built a reputation as someone trusted to lead her teams and clients through ambiguity and change to achieve results. She knows the value of relationships and stakeholder influence and is invested in working with organisations throughout periods of transition.
With an MSc in Organisational Psychology, Sophie additionally brings strong experience in managing the people side of transformation, and in seeing implementation through end to end.
