Significant engagements

• Working alongside the CEO and COO, led the preparation for an APAC integration of two Real Estate Asset Management businesses, targeting c.USD$13m synergies, a cultural, operational and leadership reset and a paralell USD$60m cost reduction target.·
• Worked alongside the Board and CEO of a c.$800m Government Business Enterprise on a financial and operational turnaround, seeking to break a trend of declining operating profits, worsening asset conditions and deteriorating shareholder confidence. ​Delivered ~$30m recurring cost reduction in c. 4 months, including a leadership reset and labour downsizing effort.
• Advised the incoming Board of an education entity on their separation and incorporation, supporting to mitigate against further Regulatory action, achieving an unprecedented transfer of $200m of assets and renegotiating services to reduce fees by ~$800k annually.
• Co-led the implementation of a regional university's Strategic Plan to recover the business alongside the VC and CFO/COO, implementing c.$20m of recurring financial improvement whilst establishing critical new revenue streams and business capability.
• Co-Administrator of the turnaround of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, a $2.2 billion public healthcare organisation targeting an ambitious performance improvement agenda across financial, operational and cultural measures (performance turnaround).
