Aaron has over 14 years’ experience across retail, manufacturing, construction, mining, health. structured finance and property, working on complex, innovative and time-critical engagements for financiers and listed and private clients. 

He effects turnarounds and executes restructures where uncontrolled and value-destructive insolvency events are otherwise likely. In doing so he works alongside boards and management to implement turnaround plans, execute sale mandates and achieve value-accretive outcomes while managing and aligning stakeholders around a common objective.
