Adam is a Director in the Melbourne office of KordaMentha and a specialist in public sector advisory.

Adam provides strategic advice to clients to help their organisations grow, protect and recover value. He has a wealth of experience across strategy development and implementation, government transformation, people and organisation redesign, business cases and cabinet submissions.

He helps senior leaders across government and the private sector understand true impact of the challenges they face and provides strategic advice on how to solve these problems. Adam is focused on achieving quality project outcomes by working collaboratively and transparently with his clients.

Significant engagements

• For State and Federal Government Departments, developed organisational strategies to align departmental priorities with government agendas.
• For a public independent statutory body, develop and deliver organisation-wide transformation, including strategic transformation plan, business case operating model and workforce redesign, and project management office.
• For State and Federal Departments, developed strategic options for nation-shaping investments, including economic and financial costs and benefits, implementation plan, funding strategy, procurement plan, benefits realisation and stakeholder engagement plan.
• Seconded to the Department of Education and Training (Vic) in their Higher Education and Skills (HES) Group, acting as the Strategic Advisor to the Assistant Deputy Secretary. Responsible for cabinet submissions and ministerial briefings to provide senior leadership with insight on progress relating to HES’ post-COVID response and to make policy recommendations.
