• Assisting the head contractor of a multi-billion construction project understand and present cost information for multiple disputes including change requests, litigation and international arbitrations.
• Verification and analysis of costs for a contractor seeking to recover significant cost overruns on a billion-dollar construction project.
• Extraction and analysis of shareholder data on a number of securities class actions for both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Quantification of a defendant’s exposure to a consumer lending class action involving hundreds of thousands of potential claimants.
• Valuation of shares and other assistance in a number of multi-million dollar shareholder oppression actions and mediations.
• Secondments to AMP Ltd and BP Ltd to assist on anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering activities.
