Nick has a flexible approach to engagements, integrating with client teams or working independently. He is pragmatic and focuses on the issues at hand to bring order to uncertain situations and develop a solution quickly.

He is a restructuring professional with extensive experience in identifying and communicating the causes of poor financial performance as well as developing, negotiating and implementing financial restructurings. Working with management, he develops and communicates solutions to the identified issues that have credible and evidence-based foundations.

During his 14 year career, Nick has worked on large and complex engagements across Australia, the United Kingdom and Western Europe.

His motivation is in the challenge of solving difficult issues and understanding complex matters.
