Tom Considine

Tom is a Partner in our Major Projects Advisory group.

Heis an experienced commercial leader with deep experience in complex infrastructure and development projects that span the asset lifecycle.

His expertise covers project planning, structuring, governance, financing and commercialisation across a range of asset classes including precinct development, transport, social, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure. He is skilled in navigating complex transactions, pathways, post-deal integration and asset management activities.

Tom is known for delivering high value outcomes for project sponsors, boards, ministers and management teams across the public, private and listed sectors.

Significant engagements:

• Advised a Victorian public corporation responsible for delivery of $1b+ capex project on delivery structure, project governance, asset management and commercialisation strategy.
• On behalf of the client, Melbourne Cricket Club, developed full business case including cost-benefit analysis for the rebuild of the MCG’s Great Southern Stand, estimated at +$1.5b CapEx.
• Advised on the origination, commercialisation and regulatory approval pathway for a large-scale solar farm in the development phase. The mandate involved working with both the landowner and the tier 1 international renewables developer as a joint client group.
• Provided buy-side pre-transaction advice to a tier one Japanese multi-national on capital raising and acquisition strategy for a major digital infrastructure asset privatisation process.
• Provided ongoing advisory across a range of strategic, operational and commercial work streams to the Board, CEO and management team of a private equity owned digital infrastructure business in the post-deal integration phase of the deal cycle.
