KM Develop and Little Projects collaborated on the development and project management of a luxurious residential project, comprising 263 apartments over 35 levels, in the beachside suburb of Broadbeach, Queensland.

Background

The developer was in the market for a new residential development on the Gold Coast. Through local contacts and market knowledge, KM Develop and KM Sales & Marketing were able to source a 1,100 sq.m permitted site in the heart of Broadbeach.

Approach

KM Develop worked with KM Sales & Marketing on sourcing the site, amalgamating with the adjoining property to create the 2,200 sq.m Signature Project, and managed the transaction.

Collaborating with KM Sales & Marketing and Little Projects, marketing and detailed sales strategies were devised, focusing on selling to owner-occupiers, lifestyle investors and both local and international investors. Our local knowledge, diverse skillset and years of experience gave the Melbourne-based developers complete confidence in our management of the engagement.

Result

We are involved in the end-to-end development management, including site acquisition, design development, short-stay manager appointment, sales and marketing, construction and settlement.

The development is a joint venture between Little Projects and KM Develop and is estimated to be completed by Q2 2022.
