With a reputation for being reliable and responsive, Magda provides clarity of the facts, helping clients resolve complex financial issues. Her actuarial background and eye for detail provide a solid foundation to forensically analyse, quantify and present financial information in ways that can be clearly understood by the courts and parties to a dispute. Shimin Lin I Sydney Shimin has over 14 years’ experience in various investigation, audit, compliance and dispute resolution roles. Combining her auditing background with a penchant for problem-solving, Shimin has successfully conducted numerous fraud and corruption investigations using data as evidential support. Restructuring Brendan Barley I Singapore A proven leader with strong project management and technical skills, Brendan has over eight years of experience in helping clients preserve and grow value, even in the most challenging environments. He has assisted his clients with operational and financial restructuring, turnaround management and formal insolvencies. He has also led engagements across multiple jurisdictions, including in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia and Papua New Guinea. Lara Wiggins I Melbourne Lara has worked on a broad range of matters during her 12-year career in restructuring, including several large and complex engagements. Her experience includes managing varied stakeholders and commercial issues, developing detailed financial models and implementing trading controls to ensure the sale of a business as a going concern. Panji Wisnu I Jakarta Panji’s diverse industry experience includes coal mining, mining contractor services, CPO plantation, sugar plantation, textiles and garment manufacture, aquaculture, sea transport services, and offshore marine services. With a direct approach, he strives to work side-by-side with clients to help grow and recover the company during a difficult situation.
