On 22 June 2021, by order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (proceeding no 2021/00179305), KordaMentha Shelf Co (APMSPSAF) Pty Ltd ACN 642 981 799 (‘New Trustee’) was appointed in substitution of PP New Pty Ltd as trustee of the APM Security Plan Sickness & Accident Fund (‘Fund’) trust (‘Trust’) ABN 57 413 197 086.

Subsequently, on 6 May 2022, by further order of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (proceeding no 2022/00130874), the Fund entered liquidation and Scott Langdon of KordaMentha was appointed Liquidator of the Fund (‘the Liquidator’).

The Liquidator is currently seeking:

  • information regarding current members of the Fund, including details of their membership
  • information regarding former members of the Fund, including details of their membership
  • substantiating documentation in respect of the above.
