Pre-day one readiness

Due diligence 

We provide commercial, operational, human resources due diligence, as well as coordination with our clients’ legal and financial due diligence advisors to ensure integration and alignment.

 

Post-deal support

Financial management, synergies and controls

We help our clients stabilise financial performance through cash flow management, debt restructuring, delegations of authority, and rapid cost reduction, while also identifying and executing cost-saving and revenue-enhancing synergies in areas such as procurement, operations, customer contracts, and asset optimisation.

Integration strategy, operating model and organisation design

We redefine and align the strategic goals of the merged entities to ensure positioning for future performance. This includes the establishment and execution of an Integration Management Office, covering governance, structure, work streams, and key tools/reporting, as well as redesigning the operating model and organisation structure to integrate businesses, remove redundancies, and optimise resource allocation.

Governance, culture and leadership 

We establish robust governance structures to lead integration processes, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making. Additionally, we consolidate the leadership team and align the new group on integration priorities, particularly culture, to ensure a smooth transition for all employees.

Interim leadership

We provide interim-executive support, particularly in financial and operational roles, where we can help to stabilise the business and accelerate outcomes.
