Purpose
The purpose of this page is to provide a central point of contact for the distribution of information to Grower Investors who have invested in the Olive Schemes for which Timbercorp Securities Limited (In Liquidation) (“TSL”) acts as Responsible Entity (“RE”). The documents and information provided on this page will be updated on a regular basis. Grower Investors are urged to check this page in the first instance should they have any queries or would like an update as to the status of the Olive Schemes.
Current status
Distribution of 2008 and 2009 Harvest Proceeds
- All proceeds from the 2008 and 2009 crops have been received and distributed to Growers
Sale of Assets
- The sale of the Timbercorp owned olive orchards to Boundary Bend Limited for approximately $59.5 million was completed in January 2010
- Sale proceeds of $36 million (Boort assets) and $23.5 million (Boundary Bend assets) are being held separately on trust until proceedings in the Supreme Court determines the apportionment of the proceeds between secured creditors and Grower Investors. At this time, no court date has been set. The outcome will be guided by principles arising from the Almond Asset apportionment proceedings.

At the Supreme Court hearing on Tuesday 21 July 2009, Justice Robson directed that the Liquidators were justified in causing TSL to call concurrent meetings for the members of the olive managed investment schemes. The following meeting date has scheduled:
